Need help "helped" :)

Hey electro :) this device has 2 functions :)

1: an step by step 0.10 value shifter
2: A memory module wich outputs the last inputted shif value

Controlls: up and down shift value up and down (left grapher)

Button sends the shifted value to the memory module
You can in or decrase the left showed value but the right graphers value only change if you press the button again :)
