Project help needed[helped]

I was designing a transmitter free missile system to allow for a multi-select massive sized system with unlimited missile numbers. Unfortunately, because cables have wind resistance, I can't make this missile fly on even a remotely straight course. Does anyone have any ideas?

P.S. I don't want a big complicated tilt meter system, and I can't have any transmitters on it.
P.P.S. Note how the missile without cables flies fairly straight compared to the one with cables.
