analogue clock (Update 100% accurate)

I've tried to make an analogue clock. It's reasonably accurate but after a while you will notice that 60 tics of the second hand doesn't exactly equal 360º. I'm sure there must be a way to do this electronically but I can't work out how.
It just has second and minute hands because I didn't think anyone would want to watch it for over an hour lol.

If anyone does watch it for a hour can you let me know how accurate the minute hand is. :D
