How Do I Connect? (Solved)

I figured it out.

I was going to unlist this level but I think I'll leave it up for others to learn from.

How to connect components:
Be sure that you have the build-mode arm attachment and that it is activated. (One of the arrows at the top right if you are on a touchscreen; if you are on a PC, Shift+1 or 2 changes your tool (numbers 1, 2, and 3 change your weapon).
Stand near the object you wish to manipulate and click on it one time to grab it. This allows you to move the object to where you want it.
To connect the device double click on it after highlighting it but hold down the second click and drag to the component you want to connect to. If done correctly, a line will appear and be replaced by a cable when you lift your finger.
