Tranmiter vs. Broadcaster (how to use them)

Did you know: Transmiter is used for precise target frequency. they only target to one frequency set. e.g. 54 then transmit only to receiver who receive No. 54, no other.; while broadcaster is we found on usual radio. it transmit same but bit spread to range set. e.g 24 Hz then broadcast to mainly 24 but, you see range, e.g. range 10 then broadcast to surrounding 24, ten frequency. now it mean broadcast to 24 - 34 Hz. let me show you by level later.

Transmiter:
Precisely transmit to the target. no other suround. Shift to 10 main frequency

Broadcaster:
Broadcast mean transmit with surrounding at the set range. Freq. Is 1 Hz. Set the range 10, so transmit from zero (it is main frequency) to last 10 (ended in 11th)
Totally mean (Raw, no shifting)
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11
At 1 mean 0th reached range
And 11 is lastly reachable range set (10th).
Shift to 10 main frequency (start frequency) with bring the range ahead, no backward range transmit
