Why I sometimes don't

I don't always make my creations editable (tho I try and make sure more are than not), and I've seen people asking "edit plz" and "allow derivatives plz" on some of my stuff and on many creations by others. That's ok, the creator doesn't HAVE to oblige them.

But someone asked me *why* I don't, and this level is sorta my answer. Had it in the back of my head when I saw an "edit plz", but decided to actually do it now.

This is also my first delve into sprites and world to local!
