Super Sine Wave Lua v1.1

Here's the basic version with notes(fixed phasev1.1), hardcore version is (WIP), Has tick phase feature and wave counter. Optional input controls kinda break the tick feature so they need to be activated by removing the --[[ and ]]--.

May add some other stuff like tick at max, tick at min outputs for input controls and maybe unbalanced waves.
