Staggers the Sequenced Quadraped may look a bit like a horse, but he ain't. His back legs are wrong for a horse, and he's got no ankles.
No Lua, just sequencers, IF gates and a few mini transmitters.
Update: tweaked the averages to stop the feet striking on forward step.
