Reverse velocity detection

To use in a build:
Remove rc basic, thrusters, and connecting wires,
Delete white plastic box,
(Optional, you can remove the debuggers and graphers, also you can hook up a transmitter to the adder and reciever on the y splitter)
The piece with the wooden plank goes on the object of choice. The end with the plank is forwards.)
