Cinematic slowmo

With the new time controller I wanted to recreate the classic dramatic slowmo seen in movies. Excuse my poorly made gun and completely unhidden mechanics.

The example target is just there for show, feel free to make your own (perhaps a head to make it a one shot one kill scenario?)
