My first published creation. This is definitely a work in progress. As it is now, there is functionality for crane mobility, raising and lowering the boom, as well as increased stability with utilization of the outriggers.

I apologize in advance for an updating error I experienced. I was trying to upload my new version of the crane to overwrite Ver. 1.2 but something happened between my phone and the server and now 1.5 is showing up as a separate Creation. I unlisted the older one so from now on I will only update this unique ID.

Change log for Ver 1.5

-Added a second main hoist motor to increase lift capacity of the crane.

-Redesigned the cable guides so that no matter what orientation the crane is in, the cable with follow the appropriate path.

-Redesigned the outriggers. Now they rotate down or up from their "HOME" position so that there is more clearance for traveling over uneven terrain.

-Added more counter-weights to the back of the crane for added stability and upped the physics iterations to give an increase in overall usability.

-Added weight to the main hoist block so that it will behave in a more realistic fashion.

-Added an articulating claw for use to pick up items. As of right now, I don't have anything to pick up but you are more than welcome to edit the level and see what you can pick up. I plan to add items to manipulate with the claw and some other lifting configurations I have in the works in a mini game. Controls for the claw are at the very top of the main hoist.

-Added equipment for an upper limit switch but it is more of a proof of concept idea right now. It will only illuminate the debugger when you reach the limit, but you can still keep going, eventually rendering the crane useless. I plan to integrate it so that when that limit is reached upward travel will be killed.

-Added a small bit of terrain to transverse. It's tricky, but doable.

Upcoming changes include the ability to change lifting blocks, cleaning up that mess of wiring, adding different items to pick up over different terrain configurations, and creating some sort of mini game that will have score for precision.

Again, any and all advice with this build would be greatly appreciated.

*If anyone has any advice on how to get that limit switch to work, I would very grateful. I've played with everything I know how and can't get it to work the way I want.*
