Lua Experiments: Lightning Cannon Car

Update 1.2: (Death by Lightning)
Lightning can now kill a robot(due to the limitations of lua it can only damage a single user defined robot tho)

joystick aims the lighting
horizontal slider controls lightning's range (max 100)
vertical slider controls randomization of the lightning
