This thing would work better if connections were more rigid. The physics engine makes everything all jiggly and that reduces the amount of power being transfered into the wheel.

Update: increased position iterations, and velocity iterations. Reduced prismatic tolerance. Seems much more rigid, but still no perpetual motion. I may just need to balance things better somehow...
