Dual-switch Delay for crazykid

Here you go, the electronic one on the left has a two fifo delay about 1/7th of a second. The Lua on the right can be opened to customize the delays. Currently it has a 20bit delay turning on and 40 bits turning off. 1 second=125 bits.
