LUA timed motor

This was called 'Wy is this not working' but I have it fixed now. If anyone wants to use it make sure you dont seperate the sublayer planks or it will probaly lose timing.(it has to have the horizontal plank for timing). Will always runs CCW and is timed within +/- .01 angle.
