Tells the vertical and horizontal speed of an object
Color of beam indicates speed realitive to translation limit with green being the furthsest away and red being the closest

Once the object has passed the beam will pulse the previous objects speed

This will messure the closest object it sees

Note the limit is translarional so if an object spins fast enough it will go above the 90.91 speed limit because its isnt being moved
