Unofficial Contest: Make us able to play music!

This is a contest not that much level related. You should code a program (inside or outside of principia) which makes us able to play wav or mp3.
Rules:
Try to make it usable on pc and phone. Many people are on phone, so yeah.
You may replace game files (sfx emitter), but integrate a revert function.
If your program is written for windows only, write it without really system specific functions.
If your code is inside principia, be cautious: the game should constantly run with 125ticks and 60fps. (On mediocre devices)
ALLOW DERIVATES!
Command line interfaces or guis are ok, but make sure you don't have to copypaste the content of the sound files. This may be impossible inside of principia though.
So the sound files should be played in principia somewhat like in a music player.
This contest is hard and I hope you understand what I mean, but it would provide a whole new possibility for principia.
