Body part detector [Lua]

The title explains everything. This script detects robot's body parts: head, body and legs. This may be extremely useful for some lua weapons to make them do critical damage on headshot, or slow enemies if you shot them in legs. Many different opportunities!

I tried to explain all script I have there, its pretty easy.

Ver. 1.1 changes
- can detect bodyparts while player is under or on top of robot
