[Lua weapons] The Dark Rifle

You are holding one of the deadliest weapons ever created. The Dark Rifle - high-tech sniper rifle that leaves no chances of survival to its victim. Any robot gets immediately annihilated after getting shot.

Ver. 1.1 changes:
- tower sniper respawns 10 second after death
- aiming line changes color if robot is on sight
- player can respawn
- no "smooth following" cam targeter effect while aiming

Ver. 1.2 changes:
- new thumbnail
- fixed sound glitch
