Moving Average & 0Reset MA in Lua format

The title already says the topic itself.
I don't need description to the Lua about this, otherwise I can explain.

The formula I got is from the electronic information itself. Simply have yourself an input value (x) on IN0 and weight factor (a) on IN1. Remember, Weight factor above 1.0 may cause the output to flutter 1 and 0 alternating every tick.

Yeah Amazing.

How:
- Mid RC slider, Input value
- Right RC, weight factor

Now added 0 Reset Moving Average!
