Tornado Engine - The highest RPM piston engine in Principia

A very fast engine unit capable of over 1800 RPM, close to game Non-LUA speedcap.

Can be easily modified to become a multiple cylinders.

This particular configuration offers almost double the torque and RPM than normal config of my previous engines, even being very similar, what is making the most difference is the position of the ID field.
