Tic-Tac-Toe[need help]

Trying to make this game with AI.
Need help with:
It can't catch any fields except 'center'
Problem with circle sprite[I can't figure out why it not shows correctly]
Cralant,zardOz,mznznlt: can you look into code and/or electronics and say what's wrong?
