Based on Cralents "Lua wide screen grapher" FIFO concept.
This lua Fifo can be set to delay the signal any number of
bits set by the user. Also stacked 4 fifos in the one lua, In0-Out0, In1-Out1... they can be looped with transmitters as seen here or used seperately.
