Virtual File Directory System help

I found an issue files scripts only update values when they are made, also is everything stored as one table ?
Making a new tree and redifining the dir as dir before new tree doesnt work. This means that the values are the same values that are defined at the creation of the file, so some way to recreate alll the files would work, but would be deffecient my sulution is to define non executables once and only redifine them once byt recreate no. Static files each time a step is done
