Need Help Lua

I need a programm that plays a lot of lines with 77 × (0 or 1) on the frequency 1-77

It should look like this and should play in 0.1 Seconds line after line and send the 77 (0-1)numbers to frequency [1-77]

I need only the first and second line and the program that output the lines made the other by myself
