Design a seat that is less bumpy than the ride

Rules: the seat has to be attached to the floor not suspended from ceiling
You are allowed to use rockets ,thrusters, dampers, fans just no rubber bands

Even includes seatbelt for bumpy rides (safety over comfort always ;) )
