Swinging Ninja [wip] Update

Little ninja with twin rope swinging ability.

Still has bugs but he's quite fun to play with, still a work in progress.

'G' - Activate/deactivate swing mode.
'F' - Cast rope.
You can make him climb up & down his ropes & swing for extra momentum.

Shotgun (can also be fired whilst swinging).
