randomly accessing memory

working 4-byte ram. considering principia limits, i can go no further.

rc basic has two sliders whicl can assume two values -- 0 and 1. therefore we have a total of 2(no. of sliders) times 2(no. of values) equals 4 combinations.each combination is used to choose a location in ram.
the two buttons of rc basic are used to store and load data respectively. the loaded data is displayed by the debuggers
