z's WW vol IV: Cruise Control and F/R Speed Controller

Cruise Control and Master Forward/Reverse Speed Controller.

These controls are tricky to wrap your brain around, give it a minute.

Right Slider: Sdac's, Half-unpack example taken to extreme! Move the slider right for precision forward speed control, move left for precision reverse speed control. Let go of the slider to apply the brake.

Left Slider: Cruise Control, Move slider left to toggle Cruise Control on and off. Move it right to lock in the signal the current setting of the F/R speed slider. Move right again to reset to a new speed.

This was incredibly confusing to figure out! Ill make a cleaner version later, but it'll be tough.
