ABS brakes-BobMonkeyPimp update

My version of a vehicle with an Anti-lock Braking System.
Inspiration comes from "strong ABS brakes" by
kacperTMPL. I used his idea of using a sequencer to rapidly arm and disarm the brakes in order to keep the brakes from locking up, much like the ABS in real cars.
