Magnapult (early look)

This is a early look at the Magnapult, soon to be fully functional. I did some searching to make sure this hasnt already been buillt but it could be under a different name, if so comment for a redesign. ALOT still needs to be done. I'm posting mostly for comments and suggestions. Feel free to add a idea.
