PAL Gyro-Tilt

With the return of the manager of BreckCorp. Industries, he has permissioned release of the PAL (Personal Auto Locomotive) Gyro-Tilt. Using Seesaw Gyro-Tilt technology, PAL can ascend or descend almost any surface or angle. But remember, this uses thrusters, so don't expect it do do anything like jump.
