NPE v2 hybrid

A idea I had for a hybrid system with my engine. Made this a while ago, wanted to fix the problem with the motor turning back on once you let off the throttle but just decided I'd leave it in, there's now a brake and a status light for the hybrid, will definitely have to remake if I want to keep this but this is just a concept idea
