Cool voltage gears

This is a concept of voltage gears. Here is a car with it. As you slide bottom slider, gears are changing from 0 to n [like0,1,2,3,4,......,n-1,n(0 means highest torque and lowest speed, n means no torque and highest speed. So at last, put it on n-1) also, slide bottom slider slowly I suggest to slide slider from 0 to n-1 with uniform speed in 8 seconds.]
