Lua #26: Weapon Arm Angle

I was trying to create a flashlight, and realized Weapon Arm Angle is broken. i tried to find a fix, but none of them was what i was looking for. So, i made a fix for myself.

As @pajlada said, it relied on the robot's direction. :)

TRY MOVING AROUND FIRST
