AEV (Amazing Escape Vehicle) (Beta 1.2)

So... I made this dumpy little vehicle a while back but the lag was staggering and not at all playable. I decided to get back in there and clean up the lag so it could be enjoyed as intended. Hopefully it'll go over better this time.

This vehicle has been designed to be able to traverse most any obstacle. Most importantly, it does this while maintaining optimum safety. The robot passenger is set at least 10 health to illustrate this.
