U2.1: added a 3 effect hyposis wheel, with 3 of the rocket Lua's to show multiple effects on one object and some lagggg

I went ahead and put some notes in the Lua on many of the numbers you can tweak for cool effects,

Each line with a "--" message has a number you can play around with. There are a ton of effects you can do with this.

Add one Lua box for each object you want to have spew effects, just change the two id code #s in the line rocket=world... to the two from the target object.

Hey Jammer/devs, when I switch it to level 2 it shuts off, where is the code that affects that?
