Choose 1 or two goals
1. Fastest
2. Most Effective
3. Smallest
4. Moves Most Water

RULES
1. Absolutely NO THRUSTERS OR FANS OF ANY KIND!!
2. Must Be Able to Move Against its own waves. (by moving across the map back and forth)
3. You Can Use Any Item Other Than What Rule 1 Lists..
4. There is NO DEADLINE.
5. YOU MUST BE AS CREATIVE WITH YOUR BOAT DESIGN AS WELL.
6. Your boat can be any length and/or size AS LONG AS IT FITS INSIDE THE BOUNDARIES.

And lastly..
7. Have fun and make something that can be identified as an actual paddle wheel.
