Help Please !!

Hey , i need some help again. I just doing some experiment with IF gate. It says that if the IN1 is 1.0 then the unmodified value from IN0 out from OUT0 so if the IN0 is 0.5 is it still 0.5 ? Because this is binary device. And because i dont know if the value that sent from IF gate is 0.5 or 1.0 then i adding AND gate , because its binary device , then i connect it with sine wave then the OUT0 i connect it to grapher , but it dont seems like normal sine wave. So guys i need a explanation about this , thank you very much if you helping !
