Fraction signal analyser

Couldnt think of any other name....
This thing analyses the signal you give to luascript with in0 and outputs result in frequencies 9870, 9871, ... , 9878, 9879.
0<in0<=0.1 --> 1st debuger
0.1<in0<=0.2 --> 2nd debuger
You get the idea.

This could be done to 20 frequencies by adding another transmitter, but you can do it yourself with the gi]uidance of this code.
