Level Packages

Can someone please tell me how to use these? The Christmas level I'm making needs to be able to use multiple levels otherwise there's an insane amount of lag. It's lagging already with only 16 Linear Servos, 8 Conveyor Belts, and just under 1000 other parts with about 1000 left to go. I've got no idea how to set up these packages so please help!!!
