Fuel Car (no lua)

I know a fuel car has been done by someone before (@kej1:) but they used lua. This is my version without lua.

*** Now with rescue car!! If you run out of fuel you have the option of being rescued by the rescue car!! ***

Hold 'F' to fill fuel tank, drive away when you have enough fuel.
