Woohoo! Figured out the cosine calculation so now the card rotation speed, shadow, spot location and width all look perfect!

Latest: fixed my sloppy code so now the deck can be any size and not have spacing problems... had to do it first to make it easier to work with.

Next annoyance: working out the corner shadows on the deck stack and animating dealing cards off the top of the deck..
