Fancy Pantsy gearbox that has power loss

Just for demonstration, new engine here and gearbox that has 4 speeds, too many cylinders involved so its not working as i hoped it would.
All i wanted to do is gear box that dont have "moving parts" and it just connect gears.
How it works here ? every gear has its own clutch, so 3rd layer is "input" and 1st is "output" ,all wheels in 1 and 3rd layers are connected all the time and the only bridge between layers are clutches. I wanted to make time trial based on this but not gonna happen, too compicated.
