Streetlamp scenery system

Streetlights, for decoration. Can be switched on-mass. Heavily commented code to allow lights to be switched on/off with minimal lag. Two methods to identify lamps included - manual listing and color-coding. Lamp model for illustrative purposes only, you can use your own ;)
