Strand, not-very-Beest-ly

This is my pitiful attempt and replicating a leg from the strandbeest. I'm not sure if anyone has done this yet or not but here it is. I've stuffed a battery on it with prety much my full knowledge of wiring included. I really wanted to make two legs powered by the Alfajim engine or the flat two.
I'd love to see what a more creative mind can come up with based on the strandbeest.
