Color scaling v1.3

v1.1, Added my new info button since it has a color scaled circle in it... Tap/Click the (Z?) button to see the code in play mode.
v1.2, Made my logo button into a HUD button
v1.3, RC sliders for epicperson

Here is a few examples including the yellow to orange scale... if you want to use filtering(1) you will need to make each scale section 3 texels wide and then sample the center row.
