Todays contest is to build a war vehicle. (car, truck, plane, helicopter, ect.)

Rules:
You MUST use these components and are aloud to move them in any form to use them.
You have 3 weeks
You can edit th e voltage on the power supply.
You can edit the gun (DO NOT edit the gun mechanism! )
You can edit the wheels (AND WHEELS ONLY!)
